Finition de surface appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aluminium Cette finition am\u00e9liore la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et l'aspect esth\u00e9tique des pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n

L\u2019anodisation est une technique \u00e9lectrochimique qui modifie les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de surface de certains m\u00e9taux Elle est principalement appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aluminium et, elle est utilis\u00e9e pour am\u00e9liorer la protection contre la corrosion, la duret\u00e9 de la surface, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019usure et surtout l\u2019aspect esth\u00e9tique de la surface. Finition qui permet d\u2019obtenir une surface lisse et brillante dans les mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques et transparente dans certains plastiques.<\/p>\n

Dans les mati\u00e8res plastiques transparentes comme le polycarbonate (PC) ou le m\u00e9thacrylate (PMMA), ainsi avec certains m\u00e9taux comme l\u2019acier inoxydable ou le laiton, vous pouvez aussi choisir une finition polie. Dans le cas des plastiques, il est essentiel si vous avez besoin d'une transparence \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Finition de surface consistant \u00e0 matifier les pi\u00e8ces en \u00e9liminant les traces d\u2019usinage. Ce type de texturation fine de la surface est obtenu en d\u00e9posant la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019une chambre, o\u00f9, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des buses pneumatiques, la surface de la pi\u00e8ce est frapp\u00e9e par des billes de silice lanc\u00e9es \u00e0 haute pression. <\/span>Gr\u00e2ce au sablage, les marques d\u2019usinage sont \u00e9limin\u00e9es et la surface du m\u00e9tal est nettoy\u00e9e. C'est un processus de fabrication par usinage CNC utilis\u00e9 sur de l'acier au carbone avec un rev\u00eatement pavon\u00e9. Ce rev\u00eatement sp\u00e9cifique donne une couleur noire et am\u00e9liore l'aspect de la surface.<\/p>\n

Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un traitement qui, par transformation chimique, provoque l\u2019oxydation forc\u00e9e des pi\u00e8ces en acier pour am\u00e9liorer leur aspect et retarder la corrosion. La couleur de l\u2019oxydation est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un noir profond pour les aciers au carbone. Le rev\u00eatement pratiquement ne modifie pas la taille des m\u00e9taux fabriqu\u00e9s. Le zingage st le rev\u00eatement de surface d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce m\u00e9tallique avec un bain de zinc pour la prot\u00e9ger de l\u2019oxydation, ce qui am\u00e9liore aussi son aspect visuel. Le bain de chrome peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois sur les plastiques et les m\u00e9taux pour \u00e9viter l'oxydation. Le chromage est un traitement de surface (bain de chrome) qui peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 sur certains m\u00e9taux et plastiques. Dans le cas des m\u00e9taux, il est utilis\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9venir l\u2019oxydation des mat\u00e9riaux, mais offre \u00e9galement une finition d\u00e9corative qui assure la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion.<\/span><\/p>\n
