Chaque technologie a des co\u00fbts fixes et variables diff\u00e9rents :  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>L&rsquo;<strong>impression 3D<\/strong> est souvent l&rsquo;option la plus \u00e9conomique pour les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 g\u00e9om\u00e9trie complexe ou les tr\u00e8s petites s\u00e9ries, car elle ne n\u00e9cessite pas d&rsquo;outillage ni de pr\u00e9paration importante.<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;<strong>usinage CNC<\/strong> offre de meilleures tol\u00e9rances et des mat\u00e9riaux plus robustes, mais implique des temps d&rsquo;usinage plus longs et une consommation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de la machine.<\/li>\n<li>Le <strong>moulage en silicone<\/strong> n\u00e9cessite la fabrication d&rsquo;un moule, ce qui rend les premi\u00e8res unit\u00e9s plus ch\u00e8res mais peut faire baisser le co\u00fbt unitaire si vous avez besoin de plusieurs pi\u00e8ces. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, podemos decir que la elecci\u00f3n depender\u00e1 de tus necesidades: si buscas validaci\u00f3n funcional, apariencia est\u00e9tica o simplemente un concepto para presentar. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quelle est l&rsquo;influence du design sur le prix du prototype ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Une pi\u00e8ce simple, avec des formes de base et sans d\u00e9tails internes, est rapide \u00e0 fabriquer. En revanche, une pi\u00e8ce comportant des cavit\u00e9s profondes, des parois minces, des filetages ou des tol\u00e9rances critiques peut n\u00e9cessiter un soutien suppl\u00e9mentaire, un temps de pr\u00e9paration plus long, voire des processus secondaires (tels que le filetage, le polissage ou l&rsquo;assemblage).  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/fr\/comment-optimiser-vos-conceptions-pour-reduire-les-couts-de-prototypage-sans-perdre-en-fonctionnalite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>complexit\u00e9 de la conception <\/b><\/a>influe \u00e9galement sur le budget en amont : si le <strong>mod\u00e8le 3D<\/strong> doit \u00eatre corrig\u00e9 ou adapt\u00e9 pour pouvoir \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9, il peut n\u00e9cessiter une r\u00e9vision par l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe technique. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quel type de mat\u00e9riau dois-je choisir pour mon prototype ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/fr\/materiaux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">type de mat\u00e9riau<\/a> influe directement sur le prix. Imprimer en <strong>PA12 <\/strong>n&rsquo;est pas la m\u00eame chose qu&rsquo;usiner en <strong>aluminium <\/strong><b>7075 <\/b>ou fabriquer en r\u00e9sine de silicone.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Certains mat\u00e9riaux n\u00e9cessitent des temps de post-traitement plus longs ou des conditions particuli\u00e8res.<\/li>\n<li>Les m\u00e9taux ont tendance \u00e0 avoir des co\u00fbts de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et de machines plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Certains plastiques techniques, bien que moins chers au kilo, peuvent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer plus de d\u00e9chets ou n\u00e9cessiter des outils sp\u00e9cifiques. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates flexible sur ce point, il est bon de demander conseil. Il existe parfois des mat\u00e9riaux alternatifs qui permettent d&rsquo;obtenir un r\u00e9sultat similaire \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Dimensions et volume de la pi\u00e8ce<\/strong> <\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>La taille et le volume des pi\u00e8ces sont importants : les grandes pi\u00e8ces consomment plus de mat\u00e9riaux, n\u00e9cessitent plus de temps machine et, dans de nombreux cas, doivent \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9es en pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es puis assembl\u00e9es. M\u00eame si la conception est simple, un volume important peut multiplier le prix final.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi, au stade de la conception, il est important d&rsquo;examiner s&rsquo;il existe des zones qui peuvent \u00eatre all\u00e9g\u00e9es ou s&rsquo;il est possible de r\u00e9duire les dimensions sans affecter la fonction. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Est-il pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de produire plusieurs unit\u00e9s ou une seule ?<\/strong> <\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re de <a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/fr\/le-prototypage-allege-pour-accelerer-la-fabrication-des-pieces-du-concept-a-la-realite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>prototypage<\/b><\/a>, il est tout \u00e0 fait possible de fabriquer une seule unit\u00e9, mais cela co\u00fbte plus cher par unit\u00e9 que d&rsquo;en fabriquer 5 ou 10. Parfois, pour un petit suppl\u00e9ment, vous pouvez prendre plusieurs exemplaires et disposer d&rsquo;une marge pour les tests, la validation ou les \u00e9chantillons commerciaux.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Urgence ou d\u00e9lai de livraison<\/strong> <\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Plus votre commande est urgente, plus vous devez mobiliser de ressources.
