En revanche, si vous voulez tester le <strong>comportement m\u00e9canique<\/strong>, vous aurez besoin d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau qui se rapproche des conditions du produit final, comme un <strong>aluminium usin\u00e9 <\/strong>ou une <strong>r\u00e9sine technique r\u00e9sistante<\/strong>.  <\/p><h2><strong>Crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection du mat\u00e9riau id\u00e9al<\/strong> <\/h2><p>L&rsquo;une des erreurs les plus courantes lors de la conception d&rsquo;un <strong>prototype <\/strong>est de choisir un mat\u00e9riau sur la base de l&rsquo;intuition ou de l&rsquo;aspect visuel. Id\u00e9alement, des crit\u00e8res techniques objectifs devraient \u00eatre pris en compte. Parmi les plus importants, citons   <\/p><ul><li><strong>R\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique : <\/strong>le prototype sera-t-il soumis \u00e0 des charges ou \u00e0 des impacts ?<\/li><li><strong>Temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement :<\/strong> l&rsquo;objet doit-il r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la chaleur, au froid ou \u00e0 des changements thermiques ?<\/li><li><strong>Poids :<\/strong> est-il important d&rsquo;\u00eatre l\u00e9ger ?<\/li><li><strong>Finition de la surface : <\/strong>doit-elle \u00eatre textur\u00e9e ou peinte ?<\/li><li><strong>Compatibilit\u00e9 avec d&rsquo;autres mat\u00e9riaux : <\/strong>Le produit est-il assembl\u00e9 avec d&rsquo;autres pi\u00e8ces ?<\/li><li><strong>Co\u00fbt et disponibilit\u00e9 : <\/strong>devez-vous concilier <a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/fr\/combien-coute-la-fabrication-dun-prototype-tous-les-facteurs-qui-influencent-le-prix-final\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fonctionnalit\u00e9 et budget<\/a> ? <\/li><\/ul><p>Chacun de ces facteurs permet de r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;\u00e9ventail des options. Cette technique est particuli\u00e8rement efficace lorsque de petites s\u00e9ries et un bon comportement m\u00e9canique sont requis.   <\/li><\/ul><p>Le choix entre ces m\u00e9thodes d\u00e9pend non seulement du mat\u00e9riau, mais aussi de l&rsquo;objectif du prototype, du budget disponible et du d\u00e9lai de livraison. <\/p><h2><strong>Comment \u00e9viter les erreurs courantes dans la s\u00e9lection des mat\u00e9riaux ?<\/strong> <\/h2><p>Une erreur fr\u00e9quente consiste \u00e0 supposer que le <strong>prototype <\/strong>doit \u00eatre construit avec le m\u00eame mat\u00e9riau que le produit final. Ce n&rsquo;est pas toujours n\u00e9cessaire, ni efficace.
