La r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces questions d\u00e9terminera si vous avez besoin de mat\u00e9riaux rigides ou souples, r\u00e9sistants ou l\u00e9gers, \u00e9conomiques ou avec des finitions haut de gamme.     <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, on peut distinguer trois grands types de prototypes : <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prototypes visuels :<\/strong> ils sont utilis\u00e9s pour valider la forme et l&rsquo;esth\u00e9tique. Ils n\u00e9cessitent des finitions soign\u00e9es, mais pas n\u00e9cessairement des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s fonctionnelles. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Prototypes fonctionnels :<\/strong> ils doivent se comporter comme la pi\u00e8ce finale. Ils n\u00e9cessitent des mat\u00e9riaux techniques et des tol\u00e9rances plus strictes.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Prototypes pour essais : <\/strong>ils sont utilis\u00e9s dans les tests de r\u00e9sistance, d&rsquo;effort ou de comportement thermique. Le mat\u00e9riau doit reproduire au maximum les conditions r\u00e9elles.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Dans cette optique, nous passons en revue les mat\u00e9riaux les plus courants dans chaque technologie. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux pour l&rsquo;impression 3D : polyvalence et rapidit\u00e9<\/strong> <\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/impresion-3d-para-produccion-ventajas-limites-y-casos-reales\/?_gl=1*iy79g2*_up*MQ..*_ga*MTM0Njg4MTgxMC4xNzU2ODAwMzM1*_ga_42DMDDP990*czE3NTY4MDAzMzUkbzEkZzAkdDE3NTY4MDAzMzUkajYwJGwwJGgw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>impression 3D<\/b><\/a><strong> <\/strong>est l&rsquo;une des technologies les plus utilis\u00e9es dans le <strong>prototypage rapide<\/strong> en raison de sa rapidit\u00e9, de son co\u00fbt comp\u00e9titif et de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux disponibles. Parmi les plus courants :  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PLA : <\/strong>biod\u00e9gradable, facile \u00e0 imprimer et avec une bonne finition de surface. Id\u00e9al pour les prototypes visuels. <\/li>\n<li><strong>ABS :<\/strong> plus r\u00e9sistant que le PLA, adapt\u00e9 aux pi\u00e8ces fonctionnelles et aux assemblages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>PETG : <\/strong>combine flexibilit\u00e9 et r\u00e9sistance, avec une bonne transparence. Utile pour les pi\u00e8ces soumises \u00e0 une utilisation prolong\u00e9e.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Nylon (PA12) :<\/strong> haute r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique, bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;usure. Recommand\u00e9 pour les pi\u00e8ces techniques.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>TPU : <\/strong>mat\u00e9riau souple, id\u00e9al pour simuler des caoutchoucs ou des joints. <\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sines SLA\/DLP :<\/strong> elles offrent une tr\u00e8s haute r\u00e9solution. Elles sont parfaites pour les pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9taill\u00e9es ou les mod\u00e8les m\u00e9dicaux\/dentaires.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Dans les<strong> technologies d&rsquo;impression telles que SLS ou MJF<\/strong>, on utilise des polyamides en poudre qui permettent de fabriquer des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes sans supports et avec une plus grande durabilit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux pour l&rsquo;usinage CNC : pr\u00e9cision et robustesse<\/strong> <\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque une r\u00e9sistance ou une tol\u00e9rance dimensionnelle sup\u00e9rieure est requise, l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/mecanizado-cnc-de-materiales-compuestos-tecnicas-y-desafios\/?_gl=1*11bflrb*_up*MQ..*_ga*MTM0Njg4MTgxMC4xNzU2ODAwMzM1*_ga_42DMDDP990*czE3NTY4MDAzMzUkbzEkZzAkdDE3NTY4MDAzMzUkajYwJGwwJGgw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>usinage CNC <\/b><\/a>est l&rsquo;option id\u00e9ale. Voici quelques mat\u00e9riaux couramment utilis\u00e9s dans ce processus :  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aluminium (6082, 7075) :<\/strong> l\u00e9ger, r\u00e9sistant et facile \u00e0 usiner. Id\u00e9al pour les pi\u00e8ces structurelles.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Acier inoxydable : <\/strong>offre une grande duret\u00e9 et une grande r\u00e9sistance chimique. Tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9 dans les secteurs m\u00e9dical et alimentaire.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Laiton : <\/strong>excellent pour les prototypes esth\u00e9tiques avec une finition dor\u00e9e et une bonne usinabilit\u00e9. <\/li>\n<li><strong>POM (Delrin) :<\/strong> plastique technique tr\u00e8s rigide et \u00e0 faible friction. Parfait pour les pi\u00e8ces mobiles ou les engrenages.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>PMMA (m\u00e9thacrylate) : <\/strong>translucide, utilis\u00e9 pour simuler des pi\u00e8ces en verre ou en plastique transparent. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ces mat\u00e9riaux permettent de <strong>fabriquer des prototypes<\/strong> presque identiques \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce finale, utiles pour les tests, le montage ou la validation technique. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux pour moules en silicone : s\u00e9ries courtes et flexibilit\u00e9<\/strong> <\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>moulage en silicone<\/strong> permet de <strong>fabriquer de petites s\u00e9ries de pi\u00e8ces<\/strong> dans des mat\u00e9riaux similaires aux plastiques inject\u00e9s, \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un prototype ma\u00eetre.
