Mais lorsque vient le moment de fabriquer le <strong>prototype<\/strong>, il est courant de rencontrer des surprises : des pi\u00e8ces qui ne s&#8217;embo\u00eetent pas, des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries impossibles \u00e0 fabriquer ou des tol\u00e9rances inutilement strictes qui rench\u00e9rissent le processus. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;intervient la <strong>conception pour la fabricabilit\u00e9 (DFM)<\/strong>, une philosophie fondamentale pour garantir que le passage de la <strong>conception 3D<\/strong> \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce physique se fasse de mani\u00e8re fluide, rapide et sans retouches.   <\/p><p>Chez<strong> <\/strong><b><a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Proto&amp;Go!<\/a><\/b>, nous voyons chaque jour des centaines de <strong>mod\u00e8les 3D<\/strong> diff\u00e9rents et nous connaissons bien les erreurs les plus courantes. Dans cet article, nous vous pr\u00e9sentons les <strong>principes DFM<\/strong> les plus importants appliqu\u00e9s au <strong>prototypage<\/strong>, y compris des recommandations pratiques pour l&rsquo;<strong>impression 3D <\/strong>et l&rsquo;<strong>usinage CNC<\/strong>.  <\/p><h2><strong>Ne sous-estimez pas les \u00e9paisseurs minimales (et ne les poussez pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00eame)<\/strong> <\/h2><p>L&rsquo;une des erreurs les plus fr\u00e9quentes dans la<strong> conception 3D <\/strong>consiste \u00e0 utiliser des \u00e9paisseurs extr\u00eamement fines. M\u00eame si elles semblent solides \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cran, elles peuvent se briser pendant la <strong>fabrication <\/strong>ou le <strong>post-traitement<\/strong>.  <\/p><ul><li>En <strong>FDM<\/strong>, l&rsquo;id\u00e9al est d&rsquo;utiliser des parois d&rsquo;au moins 1,2 mm.<\/li><li>En <strong>SLA ou r\u00e9sines<\/strong>, bien que la pr\u00e9cision soit sup\u00e9rieure, les parois inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 0,8 mm sont fragiles.<\/li><li>En <strong>usinage CNC<\/strong>, \u00e9vitez les parois inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 1 mm, sauf pour les g\u00e9om\u00e9tries tr\u00e8s simples. <\/li><\/ul><p>Une \u00e9paisseur ad\u00e9quate \u00e9vite les d\u00e9formations, les ruptures et les <a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/fr\/comment-choisir-la-finition-ideale-pour-votre-prototype-esthetique-ou-fonctionnalite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">probl\u00e8mes de finition<\/a>. <\/p><h2><strong>Respectez les angles de sortie et \u00e9vitez les cavit\u00e9s impossibles.<\/strong> <\/h2><p>Dans les <strong>prototypes <\/strong>destin\u00e9s \u00e0 devenir des <strong>pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es ou usin\u00e9es<\/strong>, les angles de d\u00e9pouille (draft angles) sont essentiels. M\u00eame si, en <strong>impression 3D<\/strong>, \u00ab tout est souvent possible \u00bb, si le projet doit \u00e9voluer vers une <strong>fabrication industrielle<\/strong>, il est n\u00e9cessaire de les inclure d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but.  <\/p><ul><li>Pour les plastiques moul\u00e9s : laissez entre 1 \u00b0C et 3 \u00b0C \u00e0 la sortie.<\/li><li>Pour les cavit\u00e9s profondes usin\u00e9es : tenir compte de la longueur et du diam\u00e8tre des outils.<\/li><li>Si une cavit\u00e9 ne peut \u00eatre usin\u00e9e qu&rsquo;avec un outil trop long et trop fin, la d\u00e9viation pourrait ruiner la finition. <\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Concevez des tol\u00e9rances r\u00e9alistes en fonction de la technologie utilis\u00e9e.<\/strong> <\/h2><p>L&rsquo;erreur la plus courante lors du passage d&rsquo;un <strong>mod\u00e8le 3D au prototype<\/strong> consiste \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/fr\/comment-calculer-correctement-les-tolerances-pour-eviter-les-retouches-sur-vos-prototypes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">attribuer des tol\u00e9rances trop strictes<\/a>. Cela augmente le co\u00fbt de fabrication sans apporter de valeur ajout\u00e9e r\u00e9elle. L&rsquo;id\u00e9al est de d\u00e9finir des tol\u00e9rances ajust\u00e9es uniquement sur les surfaces d&rsquo;assemblage ou les zones critiques.   <\/p><p><strong>Valeurs indicatives :<\/strong> <\/p><ul><li><strong>FDM<\/strong>: \u00b10,3 \u00e0 \u00b10,5 mm. <\/li><li><strong>SLA\/MJF\/SLS<\/strong>: \u00b10,1 \u00e0 \u00b10,2 mm. <\/li><li><strong>CNC <\/strong>: tol\u00e9rances de s\u00e9rie \u00b10,1 mm ; haute pr\u00e9cision jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00b10,01 mm. <\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Utilisez des raccords et des embo\u00eetements compatibles avec le prototypage.<\/strong> <\/h2><p>De nombreux mod\u00e8les comprennent des clips, des languettes, des filetages tr\u00e8s fins ou des raccords \u00e0 pression qui fonctionnent dans la fabrication en s\u00e9rie, mais pas dans le <strong>prototypage<\/strong>. Dans le prototypage, la simplicit\u00e9 est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement votre alli\u00e9e.  <span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"> <\/span><\/p><ul><li>Si vous concevez des clips : \u00e9vitez les sections trop fines.<\/li><li>Pour les ajustements : laissez un jeu de 0,2 mm \u00e0 0,5 mm selon le mat\u00e9riau et la technologie.<\/li><li>Pour les filetages : envisagez d&rsquo;utiliser des inserts filet\u00e9s plut\u00f4t que de les imprimer. <\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>\u00c9vitez les d\u00e9tails insignifiants ou les textes superficiels.<\/strong> <\/h2><p>Les textes, logos et d\u00e9tails tr\u00e8s fins peuvent \u00eatre perdus lors du processus d&rsquo;<strong>impression 3D<\/strong> ou n\u00e9cessiter des outils trop d\u00e9licats en CNC. <\/p><ul><li><strong>En impression 3D :<\/strong> utilisez des reliefs d&rsquo;au moins 0,4 mm. <\/li><li><strong>En CNC :<\/strong> concevez des textes avec des fraises de 1 mm ou plus. <\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Adaptez le design aux mat\u00e9riaux<\/strong> <\/h2><p>Chaque mat\u00e9riau poss\u00e8de des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques, thermiques et de rigidit\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes. Concevoir une pi\u00e8ce sans tenir compte de son <a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/fr\/materiaux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mat\u00e9riau final <\/a>entra\u00eene souvent des probl\u00e8mes de d\u00e9formation, de fissures ou de d\u00e9faillances lors de l&rsquo;assemblage.  <\/p><p><strong>Exemples rapides :<\/strong> <\/p><ul><li>L&rsquo;<strong>ABS<\/strong> r\u00e9siste mieux aux chocs que le <strong>PLA<\/strong>, mais pr\u00e9sente une plus grande r\u00e9traction.<\/li><li>Les <strong>r\u00e9sines rigides<\/strong> offrent un niveau de d\u00e9tail \u00e9lev\u00e9, mais sont fragiles.<\/li><li>Les <strong>nylons <\/strong>(PA12) MJF et SLS offrent un excellent \u00e9quilibre entre r\u00e9sistance et flexibilit\u00e9. <\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Toujours valider avec un prototype avant de passer \u00e0 la production industrielle.<\/strong> <\/h2><p>La meilleure DFM consiste \u00e0 it\u00e9rer. Aucun mod\u00e8le 3D ne remplace une pi\u00e8ce r\u00e9elle.  <\/p><p>Avant de passer aux moules, aux conceptions finales ou \u00e0 la production en s\u00e9rie, validez toujours avec un prototype.
