Parmi ses principales caract\u00e9ristiques, on peut citer son grand pouvoir d'isolation thermique. \nLe mat\u00e9riau est tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ger et facile \u00e0 manipuler. Il peut \u00eatre travaill\u00e9 avec un grand nombre d'outils ; d\u00e9coup\u00e9 avec des cutters, des couteaux, des scies sauteuses et du fil chaud. Il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre ponc\u00e9, frais\u00e9 et coll\u00e9 \u00e0 d'autres mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 l'aide de colle de contact et de chevilles
