Ciascuna di esse presenta vantaggi e svantaggi, pertanto la scelta finale di una tecnica o dell&#8217;altra dipender\u00e0 da fattori quali il materiale desiderato, la precisione richiesta o il budget disponibile. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le tecniche di stampa 3D pi\u00f9 diffuse<\/strong> <\/h2>\n<p>La <strong>stampa 3D<\/strong> pu\u00f2 utilizzare diverse tecniche di produzione additiva, come ad esempio<b><a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/it\/stampa-3d-cose-e-come-funziona\/\">produzione additiva<\/a><\/b>. In questo articolo ne esaminiamo alcuni: <\/p>\n<p>In primo luogo, lo <strong>stampaggio a deposizione fusa<\/strong> o <strong>FDM<\/strong>, un processo che consente di creare oggetti depositando strati di polimeri termoplastici fusi. In genere, viene utilizzato per costruire supporti visivi e prototipi. I suoi principali vantaggi sono la velocit\u00e0 di stampa e l&#8217;ampia gamma di materiali compatibili. <\/p>\n<p>Un&#8217;altra tecnica molto precisa che produce una buona finitura superficiale \u00e8 la <strong>stereolitografia <\/strong>o <strong>SLA<\/strong>. Questa tecnologia utilizza la luce laser UV per fotopolimerizzare selettivamente una vasca di resina liquida polimerizzabile, creando cos\u00ec un modello solido. I suoi principali vantaggi sono l&#8217;elevata precisione e la qualit\u00e0 della superficie liscia. <\/p>\n<p>Una tecnica simile alla SLA \u00e8 l&#8217;<strong>elaborazione digitale della luce<\/strong> o <strong>DPL<\/strong>. Le due tecniche si differenziano per il tipo di sorgente luminosa utilizzata: la DLP utilizza la luce di un proiettore digitale e crea una singola immagine per strato. La sua elevata precisione rende questa tecnica di <strong>stampa 3D<\/strong> una scelta eccellente e molto popolare per la creazione di stampi e prototipi. <\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra parte, una tecnologia ideale per le geometrie complesse e molto valida per la produzione di piccole serie \u00e8 la <strong>fusione laser selettiva<\/strong> o <strong>SLM<\/strong>. Questa tecnica utilizza laser ad alta potenza per sintetizzare selettivamente materiali plastici in polvere. <\/p>\n<p>Infine, un&#8217;altra tecnica ad alta precisione e con un buon livello di dettaglio \u00e8 il <strong>material jetting <\/strong>o <strong>MJ<\/strong>, che deposita e polimerizza gocce di materiale utilizzando fotopolimeri sensibili ai raggi UV. \u00c8 tipicamente utilizzato per la creazione di stampi di colata e prototipi, in quanto consente la <strong>creazione di prototipi<\/strong> a colori. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Multi Jet Fusion: la tecnica che utilizziamo in Proto&amp;Go!<\/strong> <\/h2>\n<p>Attualmente, sebbene esistano diverse tecniche di <a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/it\/vantaggi-e-applicazioni-della-stampa-3d\/\"><b>stampa 3D<\/b><\/a>,<strong> <\/strong>noi di <strong>Proto&amp;Go!<\/strong> siamo specializzati nella stampa <strong>Multi Jet Fusion<\/strong> o <strong>MJF<\/strong>. Questa tecnica \u00e8 la pi\u00f9 recente tecnologia di HP ed \u00e8 stata progettata appositamente per le applicazioni industriali. Questa tecnologia viene utilizzata per produrre pezzi in<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/it\/materiales\/pa12-nylon-mjf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">poliammide PA12<\/a>, un materiale rigido, solido e resistente, e in <a href=\"https:\/\/protoandgo.com\/it\/materiales\/tpa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TPA<\/a>, un materiale robusto e flessibile. <\/p>\n<p>Durante questo processo, una testa mobile deposita un agente di fusione termicamente conduttivo su uno strato di polvere di poliammide con uno spessore di pochi micron. Una fonte di calore viene quindi immediatamente applicata per riscaldare la polvere e fonderla. <\/p>\n<p>Grazie alla tecnologia <strong>Multi Jet Fusion<\/strong>, \u00e8 stato possibile passare dall&#8217;uso della fabbricazione additiva per la <strong>prototipazione<\/strong> all&#8217;uso di questa tecnologia per la produzione di articoli industriali di uso finale.
